A Postcard to Your Younger Self
Give yourself the space to slow down, get creative and reconnect with the person you once were.
Join us for a calm, welcoming and creative experience where we take a little time to reflect on how far we have come.
We’ll explore Zen Tangles and take a moment to look at ourselves today. How much have you changed? What parts of you have stayed the same? What have you learned along the way?
Through gentle, authentic writing exercises, we’ll help you find the words and get ready to write a special postcard to your younger self.
And now for the best bit… getting creative!
Using colourful pens, pencils, magazines, pictures, textures and other creative materials, you’ll design your very own postcard and collage. Create something that shows your younger self who you are today, what you’ve overcome, what you’ve learned and everything you want them to know.
This is your chance to celebrate YOU.
You'll leave with more than just a postcard. You'll take home a little piece of yourself – a beautiful reminder of how amazing you are, how much you've grown and just how far you've come.

Reverse colouring zine workshop
Welcome to our Reverse Coloring Workshops, where creativity knows no bounds! This engaging and accessible workshop invites participants of all abilities to play with paints, inks, and other materials to create fun and funky shapes. Participants will then use their imagination to draw and find images within these shapes, learning about textures and techniques along the way. Additionally, we’ll explore the art of zine creation and its rich history.

Hello! I'm Issy, and I have a deep passion for art and the unique emotions it allows us to express. My mission is to make art accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities, and to create inclusive and inspiring workshops.
My workshops are designed to accommodate various needs and abilities, ensuring everyone can participate and enjoy the creative process. I have extensive experience working with both adults and children, including those with learning disabilities. This experience has fueled my dedication to making art accessible to all. This is why I incorporate sensory elements into all my workshops to enhance the creative experience. This includes using materials that stimulate touch, sight, and even sound, creating a rich, immersive environment. These sensory elements are not just for those with sensory needs; they add an extra layer of engagement and enjoyment for everyone involved.
I strive to make every workshop a place where participants feel valued and supported. My goal is for everyone to feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their creativity.

SEND Family workshop
Working alongside BeatFeet, I’ve had the joy of leading puppet-making workshops for SEND families and carers—spaces filled with imagination, laughter, and movement.
Each session is a beautiful collaboration, where hands craft creatures and characters, and then bring them to life through dance and play. Watching participants—both children and adults—connect with their creations and each other is nothing short of magical.
Being part of this creative journey has been a true privilege. The puppets were as unique and vibrant as the people who made them, and every workshop left me feeling deeply inspired.
